I am very disappointed with this State Farm Insurance Company. I had full coverage for years and Ali was always so helpful and explained everything to me when I had questions. Now I am in a car accident, and they are not going to bat for their customer. I was hit from behind at a red light. The other driver had Allstate, and they are the insurance company that runs things. Since they thought 5 days was too long for me to have the rental, they are not reimbursing me with my full out of pocket payment. They think it should only be 3 days and State Farm says they have got all their money back and it is up to me to get my rental reimbursement back myself. That was my answer from my claims adjuster. Ali will not even answer my emails or call me anymore. The place is not the same. I will be looking for a new insurance company now that I know I must do my own leg work even if I pay the full coverage premiums they give. I can get much cheaper prices if I am doing the work and not getting the customer service that I deserve. Maybe Allstate is the one to choose as they do seem to be sticking up for their customer who was at fault.
I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED STATE FARM CUSTOMER FOR NOW UNTIL I FIND A COMPANY THAT WILL STICK UP FOR ME.
